摘  要:针对加热炉垫块脱落现象严重的问题,通过跑偏试验和步进机构运行状态分析认为,步进机构运行偏斜造成板坯跑偏是垫块脱落的根本原因。采取校正步进机构液压缸伸缩量一致,调整定心装置安装间隙精度在(0.5±0.1)mm,采用预先偏南50~100 mm的布料方式等措施后,有效缓解了板坯跑偏现象,垫块脱落问题基本得到解决。In view of the serious problem that the falling of cushion blocks to the walking-beam heating furnace occurred,based on testing of off-tracking and the analysis on the running state of the stepping mechanism,it was believed that the off-tracking of slabs caused by the running deviation of the stepping mechanism was the basic cause leading to the falling of cushion blocks.Therefore,after taking these measures such as keeping the expansion amount of the hydraulic cylinder for the stepping mechanism consistent by regulating,adjusting the accuracy for installation clearance of the centering device to be(0.5±0.1)mm,and using the method by which the materials were distributed from 50 mm to 100 mm by being biased toward the south in advance,the phenomenon of slab off-tracking was effectively alleviated,and the problem concerning the falling of cushion blocks was basically solved.
