摘 要:拦污栅是闸站进水口的重要防护措施,在闸站的实际运行过程中栅条受水流的影响易诱发振动。为探究不同截面形式的拦污栅条在闸站实际运行过程中的适用性,采用有限元方法针对实际工程中常用的圆形截面、正方形截面和矩形截面的拦污栅栅条进行刚度校核和流激共振分析,详细对比了不同流速工况下3种截面形式的栅条最大挠度和许可挠度之间的差异,通过研究湿模态下不同截面形式的栅条在前六阶的自振频率,发现矩形截面栅条的拦污栅抗弯承载力优于其他两种截面形式的栅条,更适合于流速较大的大型闸站的实际运行。研究成果可为后续的拦污栅设计及结构优化提供参考。The trash rack is an important protective measure for the water inlet of the gate station.During the actual operation of the gate station,the trash rack bars are easily induced to vibrate due to the influence of water flow.To explore the applicability of different cross-sectional forms of trash rack bars in the actual operation of the gate station,the finite element method is used to verify the stiffness and analyze the flow induced resonance of three different cross-sectional forms of trash rack bars commonly used in practical engineering,including circular,square,and rectangular sections,a detailed comparison was made between the maximum deflection and allowable deflection of three different cross-sectional forms of trash racks under different flow velocity conditions.The natural frequencies of the first six orders of different cross-sectional forms of trash racks under wet mode were studied.Finally,it was determined that the bending bearing capacity of rectangular cross-sectional trash racks was better than the other two cross-sectional forms of trash racks,which is more suitable for the actual operation of large gate stations with high flow rates.The research results can provide reference for the subsequent design and structural optimization of trash racks.
