摘 要:总结了结构拼接胶的研究现状,对比了现有相关标准对结构拼接胶的技术要求差异,研究了负温(-5℃)环境下4种风电混塔结构用拼接胶的抗流挂性能和可工作时间。结果表明:4种结构拼接胶在负温环境下的抗流挂性能均较好,可工作时间与流挂长度成正比关系;当环境温度高于结构拼接胶的适用温度时,会加快固化速率,缩短可工作时间,容易导致节段拼接性能有所损失甚至失效;当环境温度低于结构拼接胶的适用温度时,会减缓固化速率甚至不固化,影响施工进程,也易使节段发生硬接触而破坏;应结合风电混塔的实际施工环境条件选用合适的结构拼接胶。The research status of structural splicing adhesives was summarized,and the differences in technical requirements for structural splicing adhesives in existing relevant standards were compared.The anti-sagging performance and working time of four types of splicing adhesives used in wind power hybrid tower structures under negative temperature(-5℃)environment were studied.The results show that the anti-sagging performance of the four types of structural splicing adhesives is good in negative temperature environments,and the working time is proportional to the sagging length.When the ambient temperature is higher than the applicable temperature of structural splicing adhesive,it will accelerate the curing rate,shorten the working time,and easily lead to loss or even failure of segment splicing performance.When the ambient temperature is lower than the applicable temperature of structural splicing adhesive,it will slow down the curing rate or even not cure,affect the construction process,and easily cause hard contact and damage to the section.Suitable structural splicing adhesive should be selected based on the actual construction environment conditions of wind power hybrid towers.
