我国跨境电商发展的驱动因素与新特点

摘　　要：近年来,我国跨境电商实现了快速增长,特别是在现代信息技术的驱动下,跨境电商不仅重构了传统外贸流程,还大大推动了国内的产业结构升级。本文分析了跨境电商发展的需求驱动、技术赋能、产业体系支撑以及基础设施保障、政策助力等因素,还分析了跨境电商发展的新趋势和特点。同时,文章还强调了跨境电商对产业转型升级和现代化产业体系建设发挥着日益重要的作用,并提出未来在政策支持、产业转型及制度创新等方面的建议,以促进跨境电商的可持续和高质量发展。In recent years,China's cross-border e-commerce has achieved rapid growth,especially driven by modern information technology,cross-border e-commerce has not only reconfigured the traditional foreign trade process,but also greatly promoted the upgrading of domestic industrial structure.This article analyzes the factors of cross-border e-commerce,such as demand-driven,technology-enabled,industrial system support as well as infrastructure protection and policy assistance,and also analyzes the new trends and characteristics of cross-border e-commerce development.At the same time,the article also emphasizes that cross-border e-commerce plays an increasingly important role in the transformation and upgrading of industries and the construction of modernized industrial system,and puts forward future suggestions in terms of policy support,industrial transformation and institutional innovation in order to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
