摘 要:针对轴向柱塞泵关键摩擦副存在的摩擦磨损严重、泄漏量大等关键问题,引入压力流和剪切流影响因子,建立考虑黏-温效应柱塞副的油膜厚度方程,采用有限元方法,对柱塞副的润滑及泄漏特性进行了研究和分析,得到以下结论:考虑润滑剂黏-温特性时,最大油膜压力明显大于不考虑黏-温特性时的膜压,且最小油膜厚度远小于不考虑黏-温特性时的最小膜厚;随着温度的增加,油膜压力逐渐增大,油膜厚度逐渐减小。考虑黏-温特性的泄漏量明显大于不考虑黏温特性的泄漏量,当温度大于60℃时,泄漏比显著增加。随着温度的增加,不同接触长度下的泄漏量呈非线性增大,当接触长度为17 mm时,泄漏量最大且变化曲线的斜率最陡;同时当单边间隙增加到3μm以上时,泄漏比明显增大。此研究可为柱塞泵柱塞副的精确理论设计及安全稳定运行提供参考。Aiming at the crucial issues of serious friction and wear and large leakage in the key friction pair on the axial piston pump,the influence factors of pressure and shear flow are introduced,the oil film thickness equation considering the viscous-temperature effect was established,and the lubrication and leakage characteristics of the piston pair are analyzed using finite element method,and the following conclusions are obtained:When considering the viscous-temperature characteristics of the lubricant,the maximum oil film pressure is obviously greater than the film pressure without considering the viscous-temperature characteristics,and the minimum oil film thickness is much smaller than the minimum film thickness;with the increase of temperature,the oil film pressure gradually increases,and the film thickness gradually decreases.The leakage amount considering the viscous-temperature characteristics is obviously greater than the leakage amount without considering the viscous-temperature characteristics.When the temperature is greater than 60℃,the leakage rate increases significantly.With the increase of temperature,the leakage amount at different contact lengths increases nonlinearly.When the contact length is 17 mm,the leakage amount is the largest and the slope of the vary curve is the steepest,when the unilateral clearance increases above 3μm,the leakage ratio increases significantly.The research can provide a reference for the accurate theoretical design of the piston pair and safe and stable operation of piston pumps.
