摘　　要：气瓶阀的密封性能是衡量其质量优劣的一个重要技术指标,密封技术也是阀门设计的关键技术。针对气瓶阀密封副结构设计中存在的缺陷,提出了一种全新的软密封方式。介绍了密封原理,设计了在滑块上镶嵌橡胶密封环的密封结构,有效地改善了气瓶阀的密封性能,并经工程试验验证密封性能良好,工作安全可靠,便于维修更换。The sealability of cylinder valve is an important qualification to measure the good and bad of its quality.The sealing technique is also a key one on valve design.About the existing flaw in the sealing subsidiary structure design,the essay puts forward a brand-new soft sealing pattern.It introduces the sealing principle,designs the sealing structure of inlaying the rubber sealing ring on the slide block,and effectively improves the sealability of cylinder valve.After program trial and test,the sealability is favorable,safe and reliable.It s easy to repair and change in the future.
