摘 要:为筛选小麦耐热性鉴定指标,促进耐热品种(系)的鉴定及利用,以32份小麦新品系为材料,在两叶一心期进行热胁迫,热胁迫结束后调查苗高、根系长度等14个形态及生理性状,计算各性状的耐热系数并对其进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,热胁迫对苗高、叶绿素含量、电导率、苗鲜重、苗干重、根干重、干重根冠比、最大根系长度、根系总长度、根系表面积、根系直径和根尖数共12个性状均产生显著影响(P<0.05),不同性状间耐热系数相关显著或极显著,如电导率与苗鲜重和苗干重显著相关。通过主成分分析提取到3个主成分,累计贡献率达到了82.982%,主要反映了苗高、电导率、苗干重、干重根冠比、根系总长度与根系表面积等指标信息。通过隶属函数法计算出各品系的综合耐热指数H值并进行聚类分析,筛选出西农902-1、西农902-2等耐热小麦新品系,可为其进一步利用提供参考。In order to screen the identification indices for heat resistance of wheat and promote the identification and utilization of heat-resistant varieties(lines),32 new wheat lines were used as materials,and heat stress was carried out during the two-leaf seedling stage.After heat stress,14 morphological and physiological characters such as seedling height and root length were investigated,and heat resistance coefficients of each character were calculated.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed.The results showed that heat stress had significant effects on the 12 traits:seedling height,chlorophyll content,electrical conductivity,fresh weight of seedling,dry weight of seedling,root dry weight,dry weight ratio of root to shoot,maximum root length,total root length,root surface area,root diameter and root tip number,and the correlation coefficients between heat resistance traits were significant.The electrical conductivity was significantly correlated with fresh and dry weight of seedling(P<0.05).Three principal components were extracted through principal component analysis,and the contribution rate reached 82.982%,which mainly reflected the indicators such as seedling height,electrical conductivity,seedling dry weight,root shoot ratio of dry weight,total root length and root surface area.The comprehensive heat resistance index H value of each line was calculated by the membership function method and cluster analysis was carried out to screen the new heat resistance wheat lines such as Xinong 902-1 and Xinong 902-2,which laid a foundation for their further utilization.
