肉毒毒素在雄激素性脱发治疗中的应用进展

摘　　要：男性型脱发,又称雄激素性脱发(androgenic alopecia,AGA)是最常见的脱发类型之一。随着社会经济生活节奏的加快,其发病率逐年增高并呈低龄化趋势。AGA是成人非瘢痕性脱发最常见的原因,该病严重影响患者的生活质量,给患者带来明显的心理负担。近年来出现了很多新的治疗方式和策略,其中,肉毒毒素在男性脱发中的有效性也被越来越多的研究证实,因此本文以此为研究背景对目前肉毒毒素在男性型脱发中的应用进行总结。Male pattern baldness,also known as androgenic alopecia(AGA),is one of the most common types of hair loss.With the acceleration of socioeconomic life,the incidence rate of AGA is increasing annually showing a trend towards younger ages.AGA is the most common cause of non-scarring hair loss in adults.Although this condition does not affect physical health,it significantly impacts patients′quality of life,causing psychological burdens.In recent years,many new treatment methods and strategies have emerged.Among these,the effectiveness of botulinum toxin in treating male pattern baldness has been increasingly confirmed by research.Therefore,this paper aims to review and summarize the current applications of botulinum toxin in male pattern baldness.
