摘　　要：目的观察我国已上市肉毒毒素在医疗美容中应用的有效性及安全性,总结目前在研的肉毒毒素在医疗美容中应用的临床研究,探究我国肉毒毒素市场的发展趋势。方法汇总我国已上市肉毒毒素在我国医疗美容临床研究中的安全性和有效性数据,分析肉毒毒素针对不同适应症的疗效及安全性,并总结目前在研的肉毒毒素针对美容适应症的研究。结果肉毒毒素针对眉间纹、鱼尾纹和咬肌肥大治疗,在采用推荐剂量时的疗效均显著优于安慰剂,并且具有很高的安全性。目前有多个新产品及新适应症在进行临床研究,肉毒毒素的应用前景广阔。结论肉毒毒素针对眉间纹、鱼尾纹和咬肌肥大的疗效肯定,安全性好,并且具有广阔应用前景。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety in application of botulinum toxin in Chinese medical cosmetics,summarize the present clinical research on the application of botulinum toxin in medical cosmetics,and explore the development trend of the botulinum toxin market in China.Methods The data of safety and efficacy of botulinum toxin in medical cosmetics in China and the current research on botulinum toxin in medical cosmetics indications were summarized.Results In the treatment of glabellar lines,crow′s feet and masseteric hypertrophy,botulinum toxin demonstrated superiority versus placebo at the recommended dose,as well as great safety.At present,new products and new indications emerged,which demonstrated a broad application prospect of botulinum toxin.Conclusion Botulinum toxin is effective and safe in treating glabellar lines,crow′s feet lines and masseter hypertrophy,and has a broad application prospect.
