摘　　要：再生医学是医学科学中新兴的分支,旨在修复严重创伤或慢性疾病患者的组织或器官功能。干细胞具有自我更新和分化能力,为修复和替换受损组织和器官提供了全新的治疗途径。干细胞的分化潜能因来源而异,其再生医学的应用也随之改变。本文系统介绍干细胞的定义、分类及其特点,并概述其当前和潜在应用的最新进展。Regenerative medicine is an emerging branch of medical science which aimed to repairing tissue or organ function in patients with severe trauma or chronic diseases.Stem cells can self-renew and differentiate to provide a new therapeutic pathway for repairing and replacing damaged tissues and organs.The differentiation potential of stem cells varies depending on the source and their applications in regenerative medicine change accordingly.This paper systematically introduces the definition classification and characteristics of stem cells,and recent advances in their current and potential applications.
