摘　　要：近年来,间充质干细胞及其外泌体成为再生医学及医学美容领域的研究热点。已有较多细胞及动物实验表明它们在皮肤再生、皮肤抗衰等医学美容领域效果显著,极具发展前景。已开展的临床试验也证实了间充质干细胞的安全性及有效性,然而转化道路上仍存在较多限制。本文阐述了间充质干细胞及其外泌体的生物学特性,其在医学美容领域基础与临床研究的最新进展,与现存局限性及挑战以及总结了它们在医学美容领域未来研究方向,旨在为间充质干细胞及其外泌体在医学美容领域的进一步基础研究及临床转化提供依据。In recent years,mesenchymal stem cells and their extracellular vesicles have become focal points of research in regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics.Numerous cellular and animal studies have demonstrated their significant effects on skin regeneration and anti-aging within the field of medical aesthetics,highlighting their promising potential for future developments.Clinical trials have also confirmed their safety and efficacy.However,these remain several limitations on their translational application.This article introduces the biological characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells and their extracellular vesicles,reviews the latest advances in both basic and clinical research in medical aesthetics,limitations and challenges and future research directions in the field of medical aesthetics to provide a reference for further basic research and clinical translation of mesenchymal stem cells and their extracellular vesicles.
