摘 要:探讨不同类型干细胞在皮肤再生中的应用及其潜在机制,评估其在慢性伤口、烧伤、皮肤溃疡和美容抗衰老等领域的临床效果。近年来关于胚胎干细胞(ESCs)、间充质干细胞(MSCs)、诱导多能干细胞(iPSCs)、皮脂腺干细胞(SGSCs)和脐带血干细胞(UCBSCs)在皮肤再生中的研究。分析这些干细胞通过Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、SHH、ERK/MAPK、PI3K/AKT、TGF-β/Smad、VEGF和PDGF等信号通路,调节细胞增殖、分化、迁移、抗炎和血管生成的机制。不同类型干细胞在促进皮肤再生和修复方面展现了显著效果。MSCs在治疗慢性伤口和烧伤中缩短了愈合时间,减少了瘢痕形成。iPSCs显示出在个性化皮肤移植和再生医学中的潜力。而干细胞疗法在美容抗衰老领域也取得了良好的临床效果。干细胞在皮肤再生中的应用前景广阔,未来研究应重点提高干细胞治疗的安全性和有效性,推动个性化治疗方案的发展,利用基因编辑和生物材料等技术进一步提升皮肤再生疗法的效果。To explore the application and potential mechanisms of different types of stem cells in skin regeneration,and to evaluate their clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic wounds,burns,skin ulcers,and cosmetic anti-aging.A review of recent studies on embryonic stem cells(ESCs),mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs),sebaceous gland stem cells(SGSCs),and umbilical cord blood stem cells(UCBSCs)in skin regeneration.The analysis focused on how these stem cells regulate cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,anti-inflammation,and angiogenesis through signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin,Notch,SHH,ERK/MAPK,PI3K/AKT,TGF-β/Smad,VEGF,and PDGF.Different types of stem cells have shown significant effects in promoting skin regeneration and repair.MSCs have reduced healing time and scar formation in the treatment of chronic wounds and burns.iPSCs have shown potential in personalized skin grafting and regenerative medicine.Stem cell therapies have also achieved good clinical outcomes in the field of cosmetic anti-aging.Stem cells have a promising application in skin regeneration.Future research should focus on improving the safety and efficacy of stem cell therapies,advancing personalized treatment plans,and enhancing skin regeneration therapies through gene editing and biomaterials technologies.
