摘　　要：痤疮(AV)是常见的损容性皮肤病,该病发病年龄跨度大,对患者容貌外观造成极大影响,甚至对社交产生自卑心理或抑郁倾向。痤疮患者皮损严重程度评分系统在临床疗效评价或临床实验研究、流行病调查中不可或缺,是痤疮疾病管理的一个重要组成部分。本文检索并系统归纳目前已知的痤疮严重程度分级评估量表,介绍皮损计数法、临床分级法和照相分级法;同时评价各痤疮严重程度分级方法的优点和局限性,以案例形式平行比较各痤疮严重程度分级方法和量表的应用效果,以供学者们应用参考。Acne vulgaris is a common disfiguring skin disease which occurs at a wide age and has a great impact on the appearance of patients,and even has low self-esteem or depression tendencies in social interactions.The skin lesion severity scoring system for acne patients is indispensable in clinical efficacy evaluation,clinical experimental research and epidemiological investigation which is an important part of acne disease management.This article retrieves and systematically summarizes the currently known acne severity grading assessment scales and introduces the skin lesion counting method,clinical grading method and photographic grading method.At the same time,the advantages and limitations of each acne severity grading system were evaluated,by the application effects of various acne severity grading methods and scales were compared in parallel for scholars′reference.
