中药洗衣液增稠及除菌性能研究

摘　　要：考察了AES和CAB表面活性剂不同复配比和不同pH值对粘度的影响,测定了不同含量RH-909增稠剂对体系的增稠效果,对比了中药和化学杀菌剂的除菌效果。结果显示:当AES和CAB的含量为1∶3时增稠效果最好,且随着CAB含量的增加,粘度呈先上升后下降的趋势,当pH值在6~6.5时,粘度达到最高;随着RH-909含量增高,对体系的增稠效果也更好;2%中药提取液对三种菌的除菌率可达到99%以上,与0.5%化学除菌剂效果相当。This article investigates the effects of different blending ratios and pH values of AES and CAB surfactants on viscosity,determines the thickening effect of RH-909 thickener with different contents on the system,and compares the bactericidal effects of traditional Chinese medicine and chemical fungicides.The results showed that the thickening effect was best when the content of AES and CAB was 1:3,and the viscosity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of CAB content.When the pH is between 6-6.5,the viscosity reaches its maximum.As the content of RH-909 increases,the thickening effect on the system also improves.The 2%traditional Chinese medicine extract can achieve a sterilization rate of over 99%against three types of bacteria,which is comparable to the effectiveness of 0.5%chemical fungicides.
