高效液相色谱法测定野菊花提取液中蒙花苷的含量

摘　　要：采用高效液相二极管阵列检测法测定野菊花提取液中蒙花苷的含量。采用ZORBAX C18柱(4.6 mm×0.250 mm,5μm),以0.02%醋酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长334 nm,峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r>0.9995);加标回收率95%~105%。该方法简单准确、快速高效,重现性好。A method for determination of linarin in Chrysanthemum extract by HPLC-DAD was developed.A C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.02%acetic acid(49:51)and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The wavelength for detection had been set at 334nm and the column temperature was 35℃.The recoverties of linarin were 95%-105%.This method gives accurate and reliable results,which is suitable for the quality control of Chrysanthemum extract.
