摘 要:本文介绍了某核设施退役厂址建筑物残留放射性水平制定的过程和方法,从国内外退役场址研究现状出发,调研了国际原子能机构、美国和国内关于退役终态目标确定原则和剂量约束值制定原则的研究现状。开展了退役终态建筑物污染源调查工作,确定污染核素种类和活度浓度。明确退役终态目标,确定剂量约束值,根据开放场景确定照射途径和计算参数,建立放射学评估模型,“正向”计算出对应有效剂量。通过开放限值转换方法“逆向”计算,最终确定退役终态建筑物残留放射性水平。This article introduced the process and method of building residual radioactive levels determination at a decommissioned nuclear facility site.Starting from the current research status of decommissioned sites at home and abroad,it investigated the research status of the international atomic energy agency,the United States,and China on the principles of decommissioned end state target determination and the principles for setting dose constraint values.A survey on the pollution sources of decommissioned buildings was conducted to determine the types and activity concentrations of pollutants.This paper clarified the retirement endpoint goals,determined dose constraint values,determined the irradiation pathway and calculation parameters based on the open scenario,established a radiological evaluation model,and calculated the corresponding effective dose in a"positive"manner.By using the open limit conversion method to"reverse"calculate,the decommissioned end state building residual radioactive level was ultimately determined.
