摘　　要：新发展格局背景下,科技创新引领中国经济高质量发展。新型科研机构作为我国科技创新实践摸索成形的新事物,凭借多主体开放合作、自主科研、市场化运作、成果产业化导向等优势特征,已成为国家和区域创新体系中的重要组成部分。泰州科教拥有优势,具有传统科研机构实力,创新人才数量较多、技术创新与产业链配套能力较强,泰州非常重视新型科研机构的建设,相关部门大力支持。新型科研机构作为创新体系中的重要组成部分,其成长不仅关系到泰州市科技创新能力的提升,也直接影响到地方经济的可持续发展。因此,研究泰州市新型科研机构的成长机制,探索其在新发展格局下的对策,对于推动地方经济高质量发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。Under the background of the new development pattern,technological innovation leads the high-quality development of the Chinese economy.As a new phenomenon formed through the exploration of scientific and technological innovation practices in China,new research institutions have become an important component of the national and regional innovation system,thanks to their advantages such as multi-party open cooperation,independent scientific research,market-oriented operation,and industrialization orientation of achievements.Taizhou has advantages in science and education,with the strength of traditional scientific research institutions,a large number of innovative talents,and strong capabilities in technological innovation and industrial chain support.Taizhou attaches great importance to the construction of new scientific research institutions and receives strong support from relevant departments.As an important component of the innovation system,the growth of new scientific research institutions is not only related to the improvement of Taizhou's scientific and technological innovation capabilities,but also directly affects the sustainable development of the local economy.Therefore,studying the growth mechanism of new scientific research institutions in Taizhou and exploring their countermeasures under the new development pattern have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting high-quality development of the local economy.
