摘　　要：目的探讨除湿养发汤联合参柏洗剂治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法选择脂溢性脱发患者62例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各31例。对照组口服非那雄胺片联和外用米诺地尔酊治疗,研究组口服非那雄胺片与除湿养发汤联合参柏洗剂治疗,观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清性激素清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平,2组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床疗效总有效率(96.77%,30/31)高于对照组(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医主症、次症积分、血清T水平均下降(P<0.05),研究组中医主症、次症积分、血清T水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后E2水平均升高(P<0.05),研究组E2水平高对于照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论除湿养发汤联合参柏洗剂治疗脂溢性脱发患者效果显著,可有效减轻临床症状,调节血清性激素水平,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Chushi Yangfa decoction combined with Shenbai lotion in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Methods 62 patients with seborrheic alopecia were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral finasteride tablets combined with external minoxidil tincture,while the study group was treated with oral finasteride tablets and Chushi Yangfa decoction combined with Shenbai lotion.The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes scores,serum levels of sex hormones[testosterone(T),estradiol(E2)]before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(96.77%,30/31)was higher than that of the control group(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the serum T level decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Chushi Yangfa decoction combined with Shenbai lotion has the significant effect in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.This therapy can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and regulate levels of serum sex hormones.This therapy has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
