摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是典型的自身免疫系统疾病,患者在疾病发展过程中会出现皮损、关节肿痛、发热、疲乏等临床症状,目前,西医治疗SLE多采用激素疗法,但长期激素治疗可诱发骨质疏松、感染、糖尿病等多种不良事件,对患者生存质量造成严重影响。近年来,越来越多的学者将目光聚焦到SLE中医诊治中,根据营卫理论辨证思路,SLE患者素先天禀赋不足、真阴亏虚,复感外邪、卫气营血功能失调,发而热像偏重、化燥伤阴、瘀血痹阻、饮热迫肺。基于营卫理论论治SLE的临床和试验研究结果表明,施以清泄里热、解表透邪、养阴生津、宣肺化痰等治疗疗效确切,且有利于激素的撤减、减轻激素引发的毒副作用,为SLE的治疗提供了新的诊疗思路。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a typical autoimmune disease.Patients with SLE may have clinical symptoms such as skin lesions,joint swelling and pain,fever,and fatigue during the development of the disease.At present,hormone therapy is commonly used in Western medicine to treat SLE,but long-term hormone therapy can induce many adverse events such as osteoporosis,infection and diabetes,which seriously affects quality of life of patient.In recent years,more and more scholars have focused their attention on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment of SLE.According to thinking of syndrome differentiation of the theory of yingfen and weifen,SLE patients have always had congenital insufficiency of natural endowments,deficiency of true Yin,repeated infections with exogenous pathogens,dysfunction of defensive qi and nutrient-blood,excessive hot image,dryness caused by the consumption of body fluid due to external pathogenic factors and damage to yin,blood stasis and blockade,and fluid-retention in lung and heat pathogen invading lung.Based on the theory of yingfen and weifen,the results of clinical and experimental studies on the treatment of SLE show that the treatment of clearing interior heat,relieving exterior syndrome and removing pathogeneses,nourishing yin and production of body fluid,and ventilating lung qi for dissipating phlegm has definite curative effects,and is conducive to the withdrawal of hormones and the reduction of the toxic side effects caused by hormones,providing a new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for the treatment of SLE.
