摘　　要：抗日战争全面爆发后,出身西北军的郝鹏举投靠汪伪政府并迅速坐大。在出任“苏淮特别区行政长官”后,郝鹏举逐渐在徐海伪军政系统中取得主导地位。在日军、汪伪高层及其自身等多方利益的驱使下,郝鹏举扩充伪军规模,形成了一支颇具实力的部队。战争后期,郝鹏举的自保倾向日渐强烈,试图以其掌控的军队为资本,谋求战后出路。在爱国民主人士及中共策反人员的影响下,郝鹏举与新四军接触,在继续依附日本的同时不再积极配合汪伪中央政府的反共战略。但郝鹏举以军队为私人权势之具,最终走上与人民为敌的道路。郝鹏举的经历证明,一旦脱离抗战时期中外对抗的大背景,游走在各方势力之间的伪军必将走向消亡。With the full-scale outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan,Hao Pengju,who came from the Northwest Army,defected to the puppet government of Wang Jingwei for personal gain and quickly rose to power.After serving as the Chief Executive of the Suhuai Special Administrative Region,Hao Pengju gradually gained a dominant position in the puppet army and political system in the area of Xuzhou and Lianyungang.Driven by the interests of the Japanese army,the high-level officials of the Wang Jingwei's puppet regime and himself,Hao Pengju quickly expanded the local puppet army with a considerable strength.In the later stage of the war,Hao Pengju's self-preservation tendency became increasingly clear,he attempted to use his army as a bargaining chip to seek a way out after the war.With the influence from patriotic democratic personages and CPC counterespionages,Hao Pengju gradually made contact with the New Fourth Army and no longer actively cooperated with the anti-communist strategy of the Wang Jingwei's puppet central government while continuing to attach himself to Japan.The experience of Hao Pengju proves that once they separated themselves from the overall background of the confrontation between China and Japan during the War of Resistance,the puppet army wavering among different forces was bound to perish.
