乡村旅游高质量发展与共同富裕的动态耦合协调关系测度——以宁夏为例

摘　　要：乡村旅游高质量发展是助力乡村全面振兴并逐步实现共同富裕的重要途径。以宁夏为例,利用熵权法和系统耦合协调度模型,选取有关指标,分别构建乡村旅游高质量发展和共同富裕评价指标体系,研究2010—2019年宁夏乡村旅游高质量发展与共同富裕两者间的耦合发展趋势及耦合协调关系。结果表明:(1)宁夏乡村旅游高质量发展与共同富裕系统的综合评价指数呈波动上升趋势;(2)乡村旅游高质量发展与共同富裕系统的耦合度趋于稳定,耦合协调度逐年增长,耦合协调类型分为轻度失调、濒临失调、勉强失调和初级协调4个阶段,逐步实现由失调向协调的转变。基于研究阶段乡村旅游高质量发展与共同富裕的耦合协调水平,提出以下建议:以乡村旅游提质增效为着力点,逐步实现共同富裕目标;以共同富裕为目标,推动乡村旅游高质量发展;以政策背景为导向,助推乡村旅游高质量发展与共同富裕耦合协调发展。High-quality development of rural tourism is an important way to help revitalize the countryside and gradually achieve common prosperity.Using Ningxia as a case study,this paper employs the system coupling coordination degree model and the coupling evolution model to construct an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of rural tourism and common prosperity based on the selection of relevant indicators.This study aims to explore the coupling development trend and the coupling coordination relationship between the high-quality development of rural tourism and common prosperity in Ningxia from 2010 to 2019.The study shows that:①the comprehensive evaluation index for the system of high-quality development of rural tourism and common prosperity in Ningxia shows a fluctuating upward trend.②The degree of coupling between high-quality development of rural tourism and common prosperity system tends to stabilize,the degree of coupling coordination grows year by year,and the type of coupling coordination is divided into four stages,namely,mild dissonance,imminent dissonance,reluctant dissonance,and primary coordination,which gradually realizes the transformation from dissonance to coordination.Based on the coupling coordination level of high-quality rural tourism development and common prosperity identified in this study,several relevant suggestions are proposed:to improve the quality and efficiency of rural tourism as a focus point,and gradually realize the goal of common wealth;to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism with the goal of common wealth;and to promote the coupling and coordination of high-quality development of rural tourism and common wealth with the orientation of policy background.This study aims to reveal the interaction mechanism and the dynamic evolution law of the coupled system of highquality rural tourism development and common prosperity,and attempts to provide scientific and policy references for optimizing the path of high-quality rural tourism development to a
