摘 要:CRISPR系统作为一种新的基因编辑工具,在疾病的基因诊疗领域受到了越来越多的关注.文章利用R语言文献计量学软件BiblioShiny,以“CRISPR”和“disease”为主题检索Web of Science数据库,选取2018年1月至2024年6月刊发的9839篇文献进行计量学分析.结果表明,近年来聚焦在该领域的研究文献丰富且逐年稳步递增,CRISPR系统中的新技术(如单碱基编辑,先导编辑)和新靶点(如干细胞,动物模型)等为热点研究方向,CRISPR系统已广泛应用于神经系统疾病、骨骼肌肉系统疾病、血液系统疾病、眼部疾病、癌症和病毒感染等疾病治疗中.CRISPR system,as a new gene editing tool,has received more and more attention in the field of gene diagnosis and treatment of disease.In this paper,we searched the Web of Science database with the topics“CRISPR”and"disease",and selected 9839 papers published from January 2018 to June 2024 for bibliometrical analysis with the R bibliometric software BiblioShiny.The results showed that in recent years,the research literature focusing on this field was abundant and increasing steadily year by year,and the new technologies(such as single base editing,prime editing)and new targets(such as stem cells,animal models)in the CRISPR system were the hot research directions,and the CRISPR system has been widely used in the treatment of neurological disease,musculoskeletal disease,hematological disease,ophthalmological disease,cancer,and viral infections.
