摘　　要：旅游休闲城市及街区建设是国家“十四五”时期文旅产业融合发展的重点。近年来,河北省旅游休闲街区建设取得积极成效,形成一批新型产品,打响一批特色IP,文化消费场景不断丰富,但也暴露出对文旅空间认识不够、主题和特色不鲜明、产品和业态同质化、公共服务设施不健全、运营管理能力不足等一系列问题。文章深入分析现状,科学研判当前旅游休闲街区建设存在的问题,充分借鉴国内外街区场景营造的先进经验,提出高质量推进河北省旅游休闲街区创新发展的对策建议。The construction of tourism and leisure cities and blocks is a priority of the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period in China.In recent years,the construction of tourism and leisure blocks in Hebei Province has achieved positive results,forming a batch of new products and launching a batch of characteristic IPs,which make the cultural consumption scenes constantly rich,but it also exposes a series of problems,such as insufficient understanding of cultural sand tourism spaces,unclear themes and characteristics,homogenization of business formats,inadequate public service facilities,and insufficient operation and management capabilities.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation,scientifically judges the existing problems in tourism and leisure blocks,fully draws on advanced experiences in block scene creation at home and abroad,and puts forward countermeasure proposals to promote the innovative development of Hebei tourism and leisure blocks with high quality.
