摘  要:目前,基于水凝胶的柔性可穿戴传感器受到了人们广泛的关注。然而传统的水凝胶在水环境中的膨胀,限制了其应用。文中以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体,通过缩醛反应将4-乙炔基苯甲醛引入网络中,成功地制备了具有良好力学性能的抗溶胀水凝胶。该水凝胶通过破坏PVA分子链与水分子之间的氢键,降低溶胀的驱动力,π-π堆积增强链间相互作用减小孔隙度,抵抗水分子的渗透,使得溶胀率维持在5%。同时网络交联密度增加,改善了分子链间的间距,赋予水凝胶更高的韧性(断裂应力=1.4 MPa,断裂伸长率=528%)。考虑到生物相容性以及水环境的应用,使用无毒纤维素膜与水凝胶构建出一种用于人体动作监测的柔性应变传感器,拓展了可穿戴电子设备的潜在应用。In recent years,hydrogel-based flexible wearable sensors have received widespread attention.However,swelling of hydrogels in an aquatic environment dramatically limits their application.Herein,an anti-swelling hydrogel with good mechanical properties is successfully fabricated by introducing 4-ethynylbenzaldehyde into the network through acetal reaction with polyvinyl alcohol as the matrix.The hydrogel reduces the driving force of swelling by destroying the hydrogen bond between the PVA chains and the water molecules.Theπ-πstacking enhances the interaction between the chains to reduce the porosity and resist the penetration of water molecules,so that the swelling rate is maintained at 5%.Meanwhile,the crosslinking density of the network increases,which improves the fusion between the molecular chains and gives the hydrogel higher toughness(the tensile strength=1.4 MPa,elongation at break=528%).Considering the application of biocompatibility and water environment,the hydrogel is combined with a non-toxic cellulose film to assemble a flexible sensor for human motion detection,which expands the potential application of wearable electronic devices.
