摘 要:针对目前我国甘薯裸苗移栽机存在作业状况难以实时监测分析的问题,设计了一种融合多种传感器的甘薯裸苗移栽监测系统,主要包括信息采集处理与远程监测两部分。以漫反射激光传感器、旋转编码器作为信息采集机构,以PLC作为信息处理与逻辑控制器,并结合DTU设备将移栽机作业工况实时发送至OneNet远程云平台,基于MIT APP Inventor开发了手机APP软件,通过手机访问OneNet云平台实现移栽信息远程查看与分析。对关键装置漏栽监测系统准确度进行了试验,结果表明:漏栽监测系统在3种移栽频率下,最高监测精度为98.45%,平均监测精度为98.15%,可以较好地满足甘薯裸苗移栽精确监测方面的要求。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to monitor and analyze the operation status of the naked seedling transplanter in China at present,a monitoring system for naked seedling transplanter of sweet potato is designed,which integrates multiple sensors.The system mainly includes two parts:information collection and processing,remote monitoring.The diffuse reflection laser sensor and rotary encoder are used as the information collection mechanism,the PLC is used as the information processing and logic controller,and the operating conditions of the transplanting machine are sent to the OneNet remote cloud platform in real time in combination with the DTU device.The mobile phone APP software is developed based on the MIT APP Inventor,and the mobile phone access to the OneNet cloud platform is used to realize the remote viewing and analysis of the transplanting information.The accuracy of the monitoring system for missed planting of the key device was tested.The test results showed that the maximum monitoring accuracy of the monitoring system for missed planting was 98.45% and the average monitoring accuracy was 98.15% under three transplanting frequencies,which could better meet the requirements for accurate monitoring of naked seedling transplanting of sweet potato.
