摘 要:通过响应面分析法对中草药移栽机进行优化设计,以提高中草药种植效率和质量。首先,选取移栽速度、移栽深度和移栽器械倾角3个因素作为设计变量,选取移栽成功率和移栽损伤率作为评价指标;在此基础上,设计了一个采用多种传感器组合的控制系统,采用模糊控制算法进行控制,并通过试验得到的数据进行响应面分析,得出了最优设计方案。研究结果表明:最优移栽速度为0.2 m/s,最优移栽深度为15 cm,最优移栽器械倾角为25°;通过优化设计,中草药移栽机的移栽成功率提高了11.8%,移栽损伤率降低了9.6%,取得了较好的效果。The purpose of this paper is to optimize the design of herbal transplanting machine through response surface analysis to improve the efficiency and quality of herbal planting.Firstly,three factors of transplanting speed,transplanting depth and transplanting instrument inclination angle were selected as design variables,and transplanting success rate and transplanting damage rate were selected as evaluation indexes.On this basis,a control system using a combination of multiple sensors was designed and controlled by fuzzy control algorithm.The data obtained from the experiment were analyzed by response surface analysis,and the optimal design scheme was derived.The results show that the optimal transplanting speed is 0.2 m/s,the optimal transplanting depth is 15 cm,and the optimal transplanting instrument inclination angle is 25°.Through the optimal design in this paper,the transplanting success rate of the herbal transplanting machine was increased by 11.8%,and the transplanting damage rate was reduced by 9.6%,which achieved better results.
