摘 要:农作物秸秆打捆收获是可以将农作物秸秆整理成捆并运输到其他地方使用,能够减少农田中秸秆的数量,提高秸秆利用效率,打捆后的秸秆可以用作饲料、生物质能源或肥料。为了提高农作物秸秆收获机械的工作效率及智能化工作水平,基于CAN总线设计了一种秸秆收获控制系统,并结合人机交互模式实现对秸秆收获过程中机器行进速度、工作载荷及秸秆打捆的智能控制。最后,通过田间试验对控制系统的应用进行测试,结果表明:秸秆收获控制系统可以在田间正常工作,控制系统响应速度较快,可以满足秸秆收获及打捆要求。研究结果可为秸秆收获系统智能化发展提供技术参考。Crop straw bale harvesting is to organize crop straw into bales and transport them to other places for use,which can reduce the amount of straw in farmland and improve the efficiency of straw utilization,and the straw after bale can be used as feed,biomass energy or fertilizer.In order to improve the efficiency and intelligent working level of crop straw harvesting machinery,this study proposes a straw harvesting control system based on CAN bus,combined with human-machine interaction mode to achieve intelligent control of machine travel speed,working load and straw baling in the process of straw harvesting,and finally the application of the control system is tested through field trials,the results show that the straw harvesting control system can work normally in the field and the response speed of the control system is fast,which can meet the straw harvesting and baling requirements.The research results can provide a technical basis for the intelligent development of straw harvesting system,and at the same time can provide a reference for enhancing the intelligent development of agricultural machinery.
