摘 要:针对覆膜种植的花生收获后的地膜残留于饲料用花生秧严重影响牲畜健康的问题,结合粉碎后的花生秧与地膜的物理特性,设计了一种花生秧粉碎除膜机,可一次完成喂料粉碎、筛分输送、负压除膜、回料输送、出料收集等功能。对整机的关键部件进行了设计与分析,重点确定了粉碎装置、风筛式清选装置等部件的结构与工作参数。利用Design-Expert进行了试验设计,研究了振动筛频率、风机转速对花生秧残膜清选质量的影响,并对花生秧粉碎除膜机的工作参数进行了优化。试验结果表明:振动筛频率、风机转速对除膜率和损失率影响显著;当最优参数振动筛频率3.4 Hz、1号风机转速1000 r/min、2号风机转速1350 r/min、3号风机转速1500 r/min时,花生秧粉碎除膜机除膜率为96.8%,损失率为11.2%,实现花生秧中残膜的清选。In order to solve the problem that the film residue of peanut vine used as feed after the harvest of mulched peanuts seriously affects the health of livestock,a peanut seedling crushing and film removal machine was designed based on the physical characteristics of crushed peanut seedlings and film,which can complete the functions of feed crushing,screening and transportation,negative pressure film removal,return material transportation,discharge collection,etc.at one time.The key components of the whole machine are designed and analyzed,and the structure and working parameters of the crushing device,air screen cleaning device and other components are mainly determined.The experimental design was carried out by using Design Expert.The effects of vibrating screen frequency and fan speed on the cleaning quality of peanut seedling film residue were studied,and the working parameters of peanut seedling crushing film remover were optimized.The test results show that the frequency of vibrating screen and fan speed have significant effects on film removal rate and loss rate;When the optimal parameters are the vibrating screen frequency of 3.4 Hz,the rotating speed of fan 1 is 1000 r/min the rotating speed of fan 2 is 1350 r/min,and the rotating speed of fan 3 is 1500 r/min,the removal rate of the peanut seedling crushing film remover is 96.8%,and the loss rate is 11.2%,so that the residual film in peanut seedling can be cleaned.
