摘 要:农业无人机是近年来农业机械化发展的新兴领域,它既可以提高农业生产效率,又能够减少农药和化肥的使用量,保护生态环境。农业无人机的外观设计,不仅要考虑美观度,还要考虑实用性和安全性。为此,将工艺美术基础相关技术引入到农业无人机外壳外观设计过程中,首先设计了其外观,然后设计了外壳模具结构,最后进行了开模试验。结果表明:实际开模试验的实物没有出现气泡、变形和缺料等缺陷,外观造型富含艺术感,符合设计需求。Agricultural UAV is an emerging field in the development of agricultural mechanization in recent years,which can not only improve agricultural production efficiency,but also reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers,and protect the ecological environment.As an agricultural UAV,the appearance design should not only consider aesthetics,but also consider practicality and safety.It introduced the basic technology of arts and crafts into the appearance design process of agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)shell.First,it designed the appearance,then designed the mold structure of the agricultural UAV shell.And finally,it conducted the mold opening test.The actual mold opening test object does not have defects such as bubbles,deformation,and lack of material.The appearance and modeling are rich in artistic sense,which can meet the design requirements.
