广东电力市场下的气电企业交易策略研究

摘　　要：在发展较为成熟的南方(以广东起步)电力市场环境下,制定较好的交易策略对于发电企业参与电力现货市场交易具有重要的指导作用。本文提出了一种更适用于气电机组的结算模式,从该种结算模式出发,分别剖析中长期交易和现货交易的主要影响因素,并分析了这些因素对于中长期交易和现货交易产生的具体影响。同时基于中长期交易的三要素、日前报价的两大要素来进行中长期交易和现货交易策略分析,并提出相应的交易决策建议。在制定中长期交易策略时,气电企业可以依据具体交易上限、交易需求、预测节点电价、燃料价格和天然气签约量来调整中长期合约中的电量、电价和分解曲线;在制定现货交易策略时,可以依据预测节点电价和燃料成本来调整日前报价中的申报电价和申报容量,以期优化中长期和现货交易策略,增加中长期价差收益和现货收益,提升气电机组在电力现货市场中的竞争力。Under the circumstance of a well-established electricity market in South China(start from Guangdong Province),making a well trading strategy plays a key role in guiding the participation of electricity spot market for gas power generation enterprises.This thesis pointed out a settlement mode which was more suitable for gas generator unit and analysed the contributing factors of medium and long term trading and spot trading with this settlement mode separately,as well as the precise impact by these factors to the medium and long term trading and spot trading.At the same time,this thesis analysed the strategies of medium and long term trading which were based on its three factors as well as the strategies of spot trading which were based on its two factors,and pointed out corresponding suggestions of trading decision.When formulating a medium and long term strategy,gas power generation enterprises may adjust the power quantity,price and decomposition curves of the agreement according to the specific situations of trading cap,trading demand,predicted nodal price,fuel price and contracted gas quantity.When formulating a spot strategy,declared price and declared power should be adjusted by the gas power generation enterprises according to the specific situations of predicted nodal price and fuel cost,so as to optimize the strategies of medium and long term trading and spot trading,increase the return of price spread of the medium and long term trading as well as the earning of the spot trading,and step up the competition ability of gas generator units in the electricity spot market.
