摘  要:纳滤分离技术由于具有独特的分离性能及安全环保等优势,已经得到了广泛应用。在实际工业生产中,常会涉及碱性溶液的处理问题,常规商品化聚酰胺纳滤膜在极端pH下稳定性差,膜片性能衰减严重,限制了其在碱性环境下的应用。本文概述了近年来耐碱纳滤膜的研究进展,关键材料涵盖了聚磺酰胺类、磺化聚合物类、三嗪环类以及聚脲类。此外,本文还总结了耐碱纳滤膜在造纸、化纤纺织及印染行业、甲壳素等行业过程中的应用,为高性能耐碱纳滤膜的开发和应用提供参考。Nanofiltration separation technology has been widely used because of its unique separation performance and advantages of environmental friendliness,but in actual industrial production,it often involves the treatment of alkaline solution,the stability of commercial polyamide nanofiltration membrane is poor at extreme pH,and the performance of membrane is seriously weakened,which limitig its application in alkaline environment.The research progress of alkali⁃resistant nanofiltration membrane in recent years is reviewed,the key materials including polysulfonamide,sulfonated polymer,triazine ring⁃based polymer and polyurea are summarized.In addition,the application of alkali⁃resistant nanofiltration membrane in papermaking,Chemical fiber textile and dyeing industry,chitin⁃alkali effluent and other industries was summarized.It provides reference for the development and application of high performance alkali⁃resistant nanofiltration membrane.
