红透山铜锌矿充填料浆流变试验研究

摘  要:目前红透山铜锌矿采用普通上向分层充填采矿法,地表充填管道常因充填料浆的浓度和流量问题造成管道输送困难。为了探究地表管道中充填料浆的输送特性,对该矿的充填料浆进行了流变试验。研究了多因素作用下膏体流变参数演化规律,并计算了沿程阻力和输送阻力,为膏体泵送和自流输送阻力计算提供基础参数。At present,the Hongtoushan Copper Zinc Mine adopts the ordinary upward layered filling mining method,filling pipelines located on the surface often face difficulties in transportation due to the concentration and flow rate of the filling slurry.In order to explore the pipeline transportation characteristics of surface filling slurry and provid basic parameters for calculating the resistance of paste pumping and self flow transportation,rheological tests were conducted on Hongtoushan filling slurry to study the evolution law of rheological parameters of the paste under multiple factors,and the resistance along the way and transportation resistance were calculated.
