摘 要:氧化铝生产中的碳碱被视为无效碱,长期在流程中积累,增加了单位产品能耗。碳碱达到平衡浓度时,会以固体析出,碳碱浓度过高会对溶出、沉降、蒸发等多个工序造成不利影响,影响了物料通过、设备热效率的提高和工艺指标的优化,严重时甚至溶出E系统堵塞被迫停车,给正常生产组织和调控带来较大的困难。针对拜耳法氧化铝生产系统碳碱浓度升高的原因及危害,结合生产实际,通过研究分析提出高碳碱浓度下保持运行稳定的具体措施,减少因碳碱过高在系统管道壁上形成结晶造成物料流动不畅引起的非计划停车事故发生。The carbon alkali in alumina production is considered as ineffective alkali,which accumulates in the process for a long time and increases the energy consumption per unit product.When the carbon alkali reaches the equilibrium concentration,it will precipitate as a solid.If the carbon alkali concentration is too high,it will have adverse effects on multiple processes such as dissolution,sedimentation,and evaporation,affecting the passage of materials,the improvement of equipment thermal efficiency,and the optimization of process indicators.In severe cases,the dissolution E system may even be blocked and forced to stop,bringing significant difficulties to normal production organization and regulation.This article mainly focuses on the reasons and hazards of the increase in carbon alkali concentration in the Bayer process alumina production system.Combining with production practice,specific measures are proposed through research and analysis to maintain stable operation under high carbon alkali concentration,reducing unplanned parking accidents caused by the formation of crystals on the system pipeline wall due to high carbon alkali concentration,resulting in poor material flow.
