摘　　要：OBE教育理念是一种以学生的学习成果为导向的教育理念。针对目前国内健康服务与管理应用型本科专业在人才培养方案和课程体系设置上存在的问题,结合国家对应用型本科专业人才培养的目标要求,以应用为根本、能力为本位的原则,围绕健康服务与管理本科专业的核心能力,根据OBE教育理念,通过明确人才培养目标,反向设计,构建成果导向的应用型本科健康服务与管理专业的理论与实践课程体系,为同类型高校本专业课程体系建设提供思路。The Outcome-based education(OBE)is one educational philosophy that is oriented toward student learning outcomes.According to the limitations and problems in the talent cultivation program and curriculum system of the domestic Applied Undergraduate Major for Health Services and Management,and the national educational objectives and requirements for talents cultivation of the application-oriented undergraduate majors,focusing on the core competencies of Health Services and Management major,the theoretical and practical course system of the undergraduate major for Health Services and Management with the characteristics of the resultsoriented was constructed basing on both key constituents for application and abilities using the reverse design method.It would provide an idea for the construction of curriculum system of this major in the same type of universities.
