摘 要:随着信息技术的发展,高校为信息类人才的培养建立了较为完善的课堂教学体系,但实践教学体系的构建因其实施的复杂性和不确定性,导致人才培养在理论和实践的同频发展方面出现了一定的失衡。为此,以协同创新为切入点,以机制建设为基础,以体系构建为途径,以质量监督为保障构建信息类人才实践教学体系,用于解决信息类人才培养过程中师资队伍建设力度不够、实践教学质量评价不全面、实践教学内容创新性不足等问题,为满足新一代信息技术发展的人才培养提供支撑。With the development of information technology,current universities have established a relatively complete classroom teaching system for the cultivation of information talents.However,the complexity and uncertainty of the implementation of the practical teaching system have led to a certain imbalance in the simultaneous development of theory and practice in talent cultivation.Therefore,this study takes collaborative innovation as the starting point,mechanism construction as the foundation,and system construction as the approach,building a practical teaching system for information talents with quality supervision as a guarantee which is aimed at solving problems such as insufficient teacher team construction,incomplete evaluation of practical teaching quality,and insufficient innovation of practical teaching content in the process of cultivating information talents.This provides support for talent cultivation that meets the needs of the new generation of information technology development.
