摘 要:某苯乙烯装置乙苯脱氢催化剂长期使用后发生结块现象。为探索乙苯脱氢催化剂结块原因,开展了溶解性实验及焙烧实验,采用X射线荧光光谱法测试分析结块成分。实验结果显示:结块催化剂表面的白色固体溶于水;800℃下焙烧4 h后沉积物仍然存在,且小的块状颗粒质地坚硬、不易破碎;该白色固体为含钾物质。该装置乙苯脱氢催化剂板结成块是催化剂在长期使用过程中钾的迁移和聚集导致的。该研究可为生产中减少乙苯脱氢催化剂结块提供一定技术参考。The ethylene dehydrogenation catalyst in a certain styrene unit was caked after long-term use.In order to analyze the caking cause of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst,solubility experiment,baking experiment and X-ray fluorescence spectrum test were carried out.The experimental results showed that the white solid on the surface of the caking catalyst could be dissolved in the water.After the caking catalyst was roasted at 800℃for 4 h,the white substance was existed.The small granular particles were not crushed easily and were hard.The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer test showed that the white solid was a potassium-containing substance on the catalyst surface.The block formation of the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst in this unit is caused by the migration and aggregation of potassium during long-term use of the catalyst.The research provided some technical reference for reducing the caking of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst in the production.
