摘 要:本文旨在研究热敏显色剂悬浊液的卧式砂磨机研磨工艺,通过对卧式砂磨机的工作原理、结构特点以及研磨工艺进行深入分析,设计实验方案。在确保热敏显色剂悬浊液粒度分布达到要求的前提下,通过验证以及与超微颗粒分散技术相结合形成的复合研磨工艺对砂磨效率的影响,开发了一种用于热敏显色剂悬浊液的高效复合研磨工艺。This article aims to study the grinding process of the horizontal sand mill for the thermosensitive color developer suspension.Based on the analysis of the working principle,structural characteristics and grinding process of the horizontal sand mill,an experimental scheme is designed.Under the premise of ensuring that the particle size distribution of the thermosensitive color developer suspension meets the requirements,the article combines verification with ultra⁃fine particle dispersion technology to form a composite grinding process,and studies its impact on sand grinding efficiency.An efficient composite grinding process for the thermosensitive color developer suspension is developed accordingly.
