摘　　要：“两墙合一”、红线贴边、共用一个基坑支撑体系的安置房工程须借用全民健身中心工程的施工区域作为施工道路,场地异常紧张,且工期倒置,要求晚开工149 d的安置房比全民健身中心要提前完成桩基和地下室结构,根据工程特点、场地情况和工期节点,对基坑支护墙体、工程桩、支撑桩的施工顺序及平面布置进行分析,梳理关键线路,优化施工顺序,动态调整平面布置,确保工程顺利进行。For the settlement building involving two-in-one walls,closure to land boundaries and use of the same foundation pit,it is necessary to take the construction area of the National Fitness Center Project for access roads.Considering the site restriction and reverse construction,the pile foundation and basement structure of the settlement building to be commenced 149d later but completed ahead of the National Fitness Center.Based on the engineering characteristics,site conditions and construction nodes,the construction sequence and layout of the pit support walls,engineering piles and support piles were analyzed,key lines were sorted out,the construction sequence was optimized and the layout was adjusted dynamically,so that the project is completed successfully.
