摘　　要：在体育场馆、文化展览中心等大型钢结构综合体施工中,经常需要使用大型、超大型塔式起重机吊装钢构件,此类塔式起重机的租赁成费用往往是常规塔式起重机的十几倍。因此在前期基坑和地下室施工阶段采用常规塔式起重机即可满足要求,如何对大型塔式起重机与常规塔式起重机进行转换施工,以达到精确满足吊装需求、节省机械租赁成本等目的,对于复杂的钢结构工程施工具有重大意义。基于浙江省全民健身中心工程群塔方案实施,分析带有大型地下室的钢结构综合体在群塔布置时选型、布置、转换、升节等技术,可为类似项目的群塔布置提供参考。During the construction of large-scale steel complexes such as sports venues and cultural exhibition centers,large and super-large tower cranes are usually used to lift steel components,and their rental costs often reach dozens of times those of conventional tower cranes.Accordingly,conventional tower cranes can meet the requirements for foundation pit and basement construction in the early stage.How to change large tower cranes and conventional tower cranes to accurately meet the lifting requirements and reduce the rental costs of machinery is of great significance in the construction of complex steel structures.Based on the implementation of the multi-crane scheme for the National Fitness Center Project of Zhejiang Province,the technology for selection,setup,change and upgrading of multiple cranes in steel structure complexes with large-scale basements was analyzed to provide a reference for the multi-crane layouts of similar projects.
