摘 要:随着BIM技术的进一步发展,倡导绿色减排、节能环保、提质增效的建筑施工行业对于该技术备受青睐,越来越多的工程采用BIM技术服务于施工,但同时,BIM技术的应用普遍局限于传统的几项功能中,如机电管综优化等。如何针对工程相应的特点和需求,利用BIM技术独特的解决方式处理实际施工难点成为本研究探讨的重点问题。Along with its development,the BIM technology is more and more popular in construction pursuing emission reduction,energy conservation,environmental protection as well as quality and efficiency improvement.It is also applied in the construction of more projects.However,the application of the BIM technology is restricted to several conventional functions,such as mechanical and electrical integrated optimization.The focus of this study is to explore how to overcome construction difficulties by unique solutions based on the BIM technology according to engineering requirements and requirements.
