摘　　要：北京某商业项目建筑外墙采用清水混凝土预制外墙挂板,达到了绿色建筑3星的标准。根据该工程实践经验,总结了一种不利用外脚手架安装的方式,在预制外墙挂板从存放、吊装、连接、节点处理、外立面处理的施工全过程,无须设置临时支撑,施工简便快捷,资源占用少。A commercial project with prefabricated exterior wall panels made of fair-faced concrete in Beijing complies with the 3-star green building standards.Based on the experience in this project,an installation method without external scaffolding is summarized,featuring simple construction and use of fewer resources,because of no temporary supports in the whole construction process of storage,hoisting,connection,node finishing and façade finishing of prefabricated exterior wall panels.
