预制小箱梁式隐盖梁临时支承体系拆除技术研究

摘　　要：在桥梁建设过程中应提高预制小箱式梁各施工技术的效率以及建设效果,采用更高效、更经济、更安全的施工技术,保证更高的施工质量。本研究针对支承结构拆除施工阶段,介绍新颖、高效的路桥预制小箱梁式隐盖梁临时支承体系拆除技术,并提出一套新型自制拆除设备,即移动小车拆除设备。该施工技术具有高效、经济的特点,并且该施工技术的提出与实施对于工程实际具有一定的参考价值和实践意义。It is necessary in bridge construction to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of construction technologies for prefabricated small box type beams and use more efficient,more economical and safer construction technologies for higher construction quality.Focusing on the support demolition process,a novel and efficiency demolition technology was introduced for the temporary support system of prefabricated small box type concealed cap beams of roads and bridges.In addition,a new set of self-made demolition equipment was proposed,namely,mobile trolley demolition equipment.This construction technology is efficient and economical.The proposal and implementation of this construction technology is of reference and practical significance in engineering practice.
