机场混凝土路面早期开裂病害研究

摘  要:以某枢纽机场混凝土路面为研究对象,针对机场混凝土路面早期开裂病害进行了深入调查与分析,通过实地考察,详细记录跑道、滑行道、停机坪等区域的路面早期开裂状况,分析了路面开裂类型、分布规律以及开裂程度。调查结果显示,混凝土路面早期开裂普遍存在,且在机场路面病害中占比较大,在外部荷载和环境因素的长期耦合作用下,早期开裂逐渐扩展演变为路面耐久性病害,也是机场路面功能衰变的主要原因之一。本研究可为机场路面病害防治以及机场混凝土路面的维护与修复提供依据。Taking the concrete pavements of a hub airport as the research object,early-stage crack diseases thereof was thoroughly surveyed and analyzed.Through field survey,early-stage crack of pavements of the runway,taxiway and apron was recorded in detail,and the types,distribution rules and degrees of pavement cracks were analyzed.Results show that early-stage cracks often occur on concrete pavements,accounting for a large proportion among airport pavement diseases.Due to longterm coupling of external loads and environmental factors,t early-stage cracks gradually evolve into pavement durability diseases,which is also one of main reasons for the functional decay of airport pavements.This study provides a basis for the prevention and control of airport pavement diseases and maintenance and repair of concrete pavements in airports.
