摘 要:为了解通风隔热屋面在北方寒冷地区的夏季降温效果,分别对天津某一小区内一栋通风隔热屋面住宅与一栋常规平屋面住宅的屋面温度及对应顶层的自然室温进行对比测试。结果显示,测量期间,相比常规屋面,建筑通风隔热屋面建筑屋面温度平均降低约14.3℃,屋面温度低于对应顶层自然室温时间比例由59.5%提高到81.7%,对应顶层自然室温平均降低0.58℃,表明通风隔热层在北方寒冷地区应用具有可行性。In order to investigate the cooling effect of ventilation and insulation roofs in northern cold regions in summer,a comparative test was carried out in terms of the roof temperature and natural room temperature of top floors in a residential building with a ventilation and insulation roof and a residential building with a conventional roof in one community in Tianjin.Results show that,compared with conventional roofs,the temperature of the ventilation and insulation roof dropped by about 14.3℃on average during the measurement period,the duration of the roof temperature below the natural room temperature of the top floor rose from 59.5%to 81.7%,and the natural room temperature of the top floor decreased by 0.58℃on average.That is,the ventilation and insulation layer is feasible in norther cold regions of China.
