摘 要:通过整理中国科学院海洋生物标本馆馆藏的采自三亚潮间带的裸鳃类标本,鉴定出角蓑海牛属1种:斐济角蓑海牛Anteaeolidiella fijensis Carmona,Bhave,Salunkhe,Pola,Gosliner&Cervera,2014,该种在我国为首次发现,系中国新记录种。利用体式显微镜对其外部形态进行了观察,利用扫描电子显微镜对其颚片和齿舌进行了拍照,基于COI、16S rRNA和H3基因序列构建了角蓑海牛属的系统发育树,并利用ABGD和bPTP物种界定方法对该属种类进行了界定。斐济角蓑海牛之前仅在斐济和印度海域有过报道,其在中国海的发现进一步表明该种在印度-西太平洋海域有非常广的分布范围,因此对研究印度-西太平洋海域内物种的扩布和演化研究具有重要价值。Based on the Nudibranch specimens collected from the intertidal zone of Sanya in the Marine Biological Museum of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Anteaeolidiella fijensis Carmona,Bhave,Salunkhe,Pola,Gosliner&Cervera,2014 was identified,which is a species that has not been previously reported in China.In this study,the morphology was studied and internal anatomy of the specimen was examined using light and scanning electron microscopies.The Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood were used to reconstruct the phylogenetic trees of the genus Anteaeolidiella based on two mitochondrial(COI,16S rRNA)and nuclear(H3)genes.ABGD and bPTP species delimitation analyses supported this conclusion.The discovery of Anteaeolidiella fijensis further indicates that this species has a very wide distribution range in the Indo-Western Pacific,which is of great value for studying dispersal and evolution of species in the Indo-Western Pacific.
