摘　　要：作为一种天然活性物质,葡萄籽提取物具有丰富的多酚类物质,主要包括原花青素、表儿茶素以及没食子酸等成分,具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、预防炎症和抗肿瘤等生物学功能。近年来,研究发现葡萄籽提取物可缓解动物生理应激,在调控动物营养物质消化、调节机体代谢以及提高生长性能方面发挥重要作用。在绿色健康养殖的背景下,葡萄籽提取物在畜禽生产中的应用受到广泛关注。本文介绍了葡萄籽提取物的营养价值和生物学功能,归纳了葡萄籽提取物在畜禽养殖中的应用。As a natural active substance,grape seed extract is rich in polyphenols,mainly including proanthocyanidins,epicatechin and gallic acid,which has various biological functions such as antioxidant,immunity enhancement,inflammation prevention and anti-tumor.In recent years,researchers have found that grape seed extract can relieve animal physiological stress,and plays an important role in regulating nutrient digestion,regulating body metabolism and improving growth performance of animals.Under the background of green and healthy breeding,the application of grape seed extract in livestock and poultry production has been widely concerned.This paper introduces the nutritional value and biological functions of grape seed extract,and summarizes the application of grape seed extract in livestock and poultry production.
