补喂不同水平半胱胺锌对哈萨克羊生长性能和消化代谢的影响

摘  要:本试验旨在研究补喂不同水平半胱胺锌(Zn-CS)对哈萨克羊生长性能和消化代谢的影响。选取3月龄左右、体重(26.98±1.21)kg且健康的哈萨克羊公羊24只,随机分为4组,每组6只,单栏饲养。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮的基础上分别补喂5(5 Zn-CS组)、10(10 Zn-CS组)和15 mg/kg BW Zn-CS(15 Zn-CS组),进行为期52 d(预试期7 d,正试期45 d)的补喂试验。试验期间,每天记录羊只采食量,分别于试验开始前及试验结束时对所有羊只称重;于正试期第30天晨饲前采集羊只颈静脉血液;从第31天开始采用全收粪收尿法进行为期5 d的消化代谢试验。结果显示:1)与CON组相比,10 Zn-CS组和15 Zn-CS组哈萨克羊的体增重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)15 Zn-CS组的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。3)15 Zn-CS组的氮沉积量、氮沉积率均显著高于CON组(P<0.05);5 Zn-CS组、10 Zn-CS组和15 Zn-CS组相较于CON组尿磷显著降低(P<0.05),摄入锌、粪锌显著提高(P<0.05);15 Zn-CS组较5 Zn-CS组尿锌显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与CON组相比,15 Zn-CS组血浆中生长抑素水平显著降低(P<0.05),10 Zn-CS组血浆中尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,补喂Zn-CS能够提高哈萨克羊的生长性能,降低血浆中生长抑素水平,提高羊只对养分的消化代谢。在本试验条件下,综合各项试验结果,Zn-CS的最佳补喂水平为15 mg/kg BW。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of supplemental feeding with different levels of cysteamine chelated zinc(Zn-CS)on the growth performance,digestion and metabolism of Kazakh sheep.Twenty-four healthy Kazakh rams with a body weight of(26.98±1.21)kg aged about 3 months were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 rams per group,and each sheep was raised in a single pen.Sheep in control group(CON group)were fed a basal diet,and those in experimental groups were fed 5,10 and 15 mg/kg BW Zn-CS on the basis of feeding the basal diet,and were labeled as 5 Zn-CS group,10 Zn-CS group and 15 Zn-CS group,respectively.The supplemental feeding experiment lasted for 52 days(pre-trial period was 7 days and experimental period was 45 days).During the experimental period,the feed intake of the sheep was recorded every day,all sheep were weighed once before and at the end of the experiment.Blood was collected from the jugular vein of sheep before morning feeding on the 30th day of the experimental period.On the 31st day,the digestion and metabolism test was conducted for 5 days by total collection feces and urine method.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the CON group,the body weight gain and average daily gain of Kazakh sheep in the 10 Zn-CS group and 15 Zn-CS group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of crude protein and ether extract in 15 the Zn-CS group was significantly higher than that in the CON group(P<0.05).3)Nitrogen deposition and nitrogen deposition rate in the 15 Zn-CS group were significantly higher than that in the CON group(P<0.05);compared with the CON group,the urinary phosphorus in the 5 Zn-CS group,10 Zn-CS group and 15 Zn-CS group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the zinc intake and fecal zinc were significantly increased(P<0.05);the urinary zinc in the 15 Zn-CS group was significantly lower than that in the 5 Zn-CS group(P<0.05).4)Compared with the CON group,the plasma somatostat
