数智时代法律图书馆高质量发展:成效、困境与行动理路

摘　　要：随着全面依法治国的战略部署开展,公民法治素养逐渐提升,法律图书馆的作用也得以凸显,并在长期的服务实践中取得了一定的成效。但面对数智时代的高质量发展,法律图书馆仍存在资源服务单一、无法触达用户需求、协作服务未形成持续稳定的服务机制、法律图书馆员服务专业性有待提高等问题。基于此,文章提出从数智赋能、协作机制、知识管理等方面实现高质量发展。With the strategic deployment of comprehensive rule of law,citizens'legal literacy has gradually improved,highlighting the role of legal libraries and achieving notable results in long-term service practice.However,in the face of high-quality development in the era of digital intelligence,legal libraries still encounter challenges such as a single resource service that fails to meet user needs,the absence of sustained and stable mechanisms for collaborative services,and the need to enhance the professionalism of legal librarians.This article proposes strategies to achieve high-quality development through digital empowerment,collaborative mechanisms,and knowledge management.
