摘　　要：文章基于波特钻石模型,提出基层图书馆在乡村开展少儿研学活动的六项因素。通过对六项因素的分析,梳理广州市从化区图书馆少儿研学活动面临的现实环境。结合三项短板因素,解析从化区图书馆“知行少年”研学项目的“图书馆+公益”实践模式,论述公益组织在其中发挥的独特作用,并对从化区图书馆引入公益组织这一社会支持因素进行反思。文章简要总结了当前实践模式存在的问题。This paper,based on Porter's Diamond Model,identifies six factors for conducting study trip for children in rural areas through grassroots libraries.By analyzing these six factors,the paper outlines the practical environment faced by Conghua District Library's study trip for children.It further explores the"library+non-profit organization(NPO)"practical model of the"Knowledge and Action for Youth"research project in Conghua,highlighting the unique role of NPOs and reflecting on the social support factor of incorporating NPOs into Conghua District Library's initiatives.The paper briefly summarizes the existing issues within the current practical model.
