中美公共图书馆适老化服务对比分析

摘　　要：文章通过网络调查、文献分析和比较分析法,从政策制度、服务方式、服务内容、服务设施维度对25所美国公共图书馆与25所中国公共图书馆的适老化服务进行对比分析,研究发现两国公共图书馆适老化服务规范侧重点、合作服务对接主体、服务内容针对性、网站服务设施布局具有较大差异。汲取美国公共图书馆适老化服务的经验,我国公共图书馆可进一步加强政策引导和标准制订,分层细化老年群体公共文化需求,拓宽合作渠道,降低老人信息利用壁垒,探索适老化服务新模式。This paper compares the aging-friendly services of 25 public libraries in the United States and 25 public libraries in China through network surveys,literature analysis,and comparative analysis.The comparison is based on dimensions such as policy systems,service modes,service content,and accessibility facilities.The study finds significant differences between the two countries in terms of the focus of service norms,the main bodies responsible for service coordination,the specificity of service content,and the layout of website service facilities.Drawing on the experiences of American public libraries,this paper suggests that Chinese public libraries can further strengthen policy guidance and standard formulation,stratify and refine the public cultural needs of elderly groups,broaden cooperation channels,reduce barriers to information use for the elderly,and explore new models of aging-friendly services.
